Research Assistant

The Research Assistant will report to the Vice President of Technology to ensure the Client’s research and development goals for novel medical diagnostic devices and test are met.

Key Responsibilities

a) Research:
Planning experiment protocols and carrying out such experiments
Recording, analyzing and presenting the results of the experiments
Preparing and keeping the project log listing all experiments, meeting minutes and decisions regarding the product.
Supervising and training interns and external parties when required
Communicating with manufacturing contractors regarding product manufacturing details

b) Laboratory
Assembling reagents, parts and preparing product needed for experiments, dispatch to external labs/hospitals and clinical trials
Running QC and specifications test on incoming, outgoing and current stock of reagents
Carrying out clinical trail of the product kit, including attending surgery on an on-call basis, assisting in collecting and archiving human samples and carrying out on site testing of the samples in surgery

c) Administrative duties:
Organizing the purchase of reagents and materials as required by the product development project
Liasing between suppliers and INEX to ensure proper goods delivery and payment
Assiting in preparation of product documentation for ISO 13485, CE mark and HSA approval
Attendance of medical conventions and exhibitions as required
Drafting the project reports and related documentation for submission relevant authorities

Qualifications

Education,Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

Required:
Essential Education and/or Training
University degree/Diploma in biology, Sciences or engineering
Min 3 years lab experience in health science or related fields
Knowledge of Statistics Excel, MS World essential

Accounts and Administration Manager

The Accounts and Administration Manager is to support the Management team in all financial and administrative matters relating to INEX.

Key Responsibilities

General ledger and month-end closing, financial statement preparation and reporting.
Internal Control
Responsible for optimal Cash management.
Coordinate audit process (group, local) with external auditors.
Statutory reporting, such as annual accounts, GST and Income Tax Filing and payroll information.
Establishes and maintains open communication and interaction with all commercial , operational and other management staff in case of changes of processes as well as specific requests and issues.
Preparation of invoices, quotations and delivery orders.
Provide general administrative support and liaising with vendor s/ customers.
Handling HR matters
Other secretarial functions
Essential Educational and / or training

Qualifications

 Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
Required:
University Degree in Accounting / ACCA / equivalent
Proficient with MYOB / MS Excel
Preferred Experience and Knowledge
2 or more years of accounting experience
Expertise in advanced finance and accounting practises
Good technical skills in financial analysis
Ability to understand and apply fundamental accounting and book keeping principles and techniques, and to accurately prepare and analyze financial records, reports and statements.
Ability to understand and interpret information common to financial statements and balance sheets, administer and oversee the financial procedures and policies of an organization.
Must be proactive
Excellent Excel/Powerpoint and strong accounting software skills.
